We value the customer experience. When we first got into this business, you’d be hard pressed to find multiple retailers selling the same heaters. Mom and pop shops, a few vacuum dealers and local business reigned supreme as customers began to experiment with infrared heat’s capabilities. But it didn’t take long before every store in America wanted a piece of the pie.

Today, the industry is in an unfortunate and unfamiliar state. With so many infrared heater “dealers” throughout the country, competition is fierce, are being spread and quality is being sacrificed. Customers are reporting faulty products and encountering companies that no nothing about these units – they’re just in it for a quick buck.
